The ultra-modern production and warehouse hall built in the Bialystok Subzone of the Special Economic Zone is a complex consisting of a warehouse building with production and office and administrative parts. The project also included the construction of a traffic system with parking lots, the necessary technical infrastructure at 18 Myśliwska Street in Bialystok and the construction of an exit from Kuronia Street.

It is the largest in Poland and the third largest in Europe.
