Unibep Group operates in various segments of the construction industry. The group not only provides general contracting services in Poland and abroad, but also owns the largest factory of modular houses in Poland, is active in the road construction industry by building roads and erecting and renovating bridges all over the country, and engages in development activities in markets such as Warsaw, Poznań, Radom and the Tri-City. Unibep Group's business comprises five complementary segments:
- Domestic general contracting services are provided by the parent company, Unibep SA.
- Foreign general contracting services are provided by the parent company, Unibep SA, and companies and representative offices operating in countries where the services are provided
- Infrastructural services, i.e. road and bridge construction services, are carried out by the Infrastructure Division of Unibep SA and Budrex Sp. z o.o.
- Modular construction services are provided by Unihouse SA.
- Residential development services are provided by Unidevelopment SA and its special purpose entities.
