A topping-out ceremony took place on Wednesday, 18 June 2025, at the Esy Floresy investment in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The symbolic act of placing the topping-out wreath is not only a construction tradition, but also a confirmation that the work is progressing according to schedule.
Investment overview
Esy Floresy comprises two eight-storey residential buildings under construction on Cybernetyki Street. The project includes 216 apartments, 8 commercial units, two levels of underground parking with 266 parking spaces, 54 bicycle spots, and over 3,300 m² of green space — which, combined with the elegant minimalist architecture, makes the development both resident-friendly and well-integrated into the urban environment.
United by history, sharing the success
Nine months after the cornerstone was laid, the representatives of Unibep and Flora Development met once again at the construction site. The presence of numerous guests — including representatives of the investor, business partners, and the project team — was the best proof of the strong cooperation between the parties and the advanced stage of the construction work.

During the official part of the event, Leszek Gołąbiecki, Vice President of the Management Board of Unibep and Director of General Construction, emphasised that while this is an important milestone in the project, the most challenging tasks still lie ahead. He pointed out that at this stage, quality and safety are key — not only in terms of on-time delivery, but also in ensuring attention to every detail of the finishing work.
The opportunity to hold this event confirms that the project is progressing according to plan while maintaining high standards of execution.
