The value of the contract we signed on March 11 with the Military Property Agency in Warsaw is PLN 235.4 million net. The signatures on the contract were provided by Andrzej Sterczyński, President of the Management Board of Unibep SA, and representatives of the Military Property Agency (AMW), led by President Marcin Horyń.
For this investor, we will carry out the investment project titled “Barracks + canteen (3 barracks buildings [accommodation for 1,200 people] +1 canteen building [capacity up to 1,428 people] – Stage I” in the Powidz Garrison in the Powidz military complex in Wielkopolskie Voivodeship.
The implementation of the Investment will begin in the first quarter of 2025, with the completion of works scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027.
This is yet another investment to be implemented by Unibep for the army. It is worth remembering that Unibep has implemented the construction of the Missile Production and Service Centre NSM in Zielonka, the construction of barracks for the military in Wielbark, or the completion of an investment for the 18th Logistics Regiment in Łomża. These are just some of the investments that Unibep SA and the companies from the Unibep Group have been responsible for.
According to announcements from the European Union and Polish authorities, the market for orders related to improving defence capabilities is expected to grow.
