Unibep SA signed an agreement for implementation of “Nova Talarowa” housing estate in Warsaw

Unibep signed a PLN 47 million net agreement with Bouygues Immobilier Polska for general contracting of a residential and office complex called “Nova Talarowa”.

The four-storey building located in Warsaw will comprise 142 residential units and an underground garage with 142 parking spaces. The investment is scheduled to be completed in Q4 2024.

We offer comprehensive services, starting from laying the cornerstone to finishing works. That way we have solidified our strong market position in the field of general contracting. Our strong technical expertise and the experience gained over the years make the investors come back to us, deciding to collaborate on subsequent investments. This has also been the case case here. We spent the past few months working as the general contractor on the housing investment called “Lune de Malta” in Poznań at the commission of Bouygues Immobilier Polska, said president of Unibep Leszek Gołąbiecki.

It is worth adding that the investment “Lune de Malta”, covered by an agreement worth PLN 85.6 million, acquired by Unibep in November 2022, concerns the construction of an office and residential complex building. Two buildings six storeys high will comprise 226 residential premises, three commercial premises, and 334 parking spaces in the underground garage. The works are scheduled to be completed in Q2 2025.
