Przemysław Janiszewski appointed as a member of the Management Board of Unibep SA
On 15 December 2022, the Supervisory Board of Unibep SA adopted a resolution on appointment Przemysław Janiszewski to the position of the member of the Management Board for the current 6th term of office of the Management Board of Unibep SA, starting from 1 January 2023.
“The appointment for the position of a member of the Management Board of Unibep is a great distinction for me and a subsequent important step in the development of my professional career. I would like to thank my BEP Team and the Business Support Teams, without whom my promotion would not have happened. It is owing to your commitment and experience that I can boldly plan and make decisions in favour of development of power and industry construction segment of Unibep,” said Przemysław Janiszewski, Director of Power and Industry Construction at Unibep SA. “Once again, I thank the Supervisory Board of Unibep, the President, and colleagues from the Management Board for their trust and for the excellent professional opportunity,” he added.
Przemysław Janiszewski started cooperation with Unibep SA in August 2021 as Director of Power and Industry Construction segment. In August 2022, he has been appointed an authorised representative of the Company.
In years 2002–2016, he was professionally involved with Skanska Group where he implemented and managed large motorway and expressway investments, such as: A4 motorway and S-69 expressway. Then, he held management roles within the group’s structures as Director of Marketing and Estimation of the Road and Bridge Division, Director of Railway Construction, and Director of Central Europe Cluster. Przemysław Janiszewski was the Director of the Czech and Slovak Branch in Poland, a member of the Management Board of Skanska branch in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. At the same time, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Skanska branch in Finland.
Later, he managed the railway business within the structures of Siemens in Poland. In years 2017–2020 as the Vice President of the Management Board of the Polimex Mostostal SA Group he was responsible for all operational matters of the company. At the same time he held the position of president of the management boards of the group’s segment companies: Polimex Energetyka and Polimex Infrastruktura.
Before joining the structures of Unibep Group, he was the president of the management board of a company from Colas Group.
Przemysław Janiszewski graduated of the Białystok University of Technology and the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków. He is also a graduate of MBA studies at the Kozminski University in Warsaw, of IMD studies in Lausanne, and he completed the Advanced MBA Program at IESE in Barcelona.
Currently, he is also the Chairman of the Presidium of the Energy Committee of the Polish Association of Construction Employers.
